You don’t have to be a therapist to make a meaningful impact.

Every day, we encounter thoughts and messages that shape how we see ourselves, others, and God. But not every thought deserves our trust. This breakout session explores the connection between mental health, our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and identity. Students will learn how to recognize the voices influencing them, challenge harmful or distorted thinking, and distinguish between what they feel and what is actually true.

Being FOR Them: How to Share Jesus with Your Unchurched Friends
You’ve got that one friend – the teammate, the one in your group chat, the one who’s never set foot in a church and doesn’t plan to. You want them to know Jesus, but every time you think about bringing it up, it feels awkward, forced, or like you’re about to start a fight you’re not equipped to win. Here’s the truth: you don’t have to win an argument to change someone’s life. You just have to be FOR them.
In this session, we’ll talk about how your everyday actions, the ones you don’t even realize matter, are already shaping how your friends see God. You’ll learn how to bridge the gap with people who believe differently than you, without pressure and without a script. And you’ll leave with one simple, doable step: a real move you can make with a real friend, starting this week. This isn’t a battle. It’s an invitation. And it starts with you.
