AT CHANGE CONFERENCE, WE HAVE THE HONOUR AND PRIVILEGE OF CONNECTING WITH THOUSANDS OF CANADIAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS EVERY SINGLE YEAR. WE BELIEVE THAT MANY OF OUR FUTURE CHURCH LEADERS ARE IN THIS GROUP OF STUDENTS, AND WE WANT TO HELP DEVELOP, EQUIP, AND RAISE THEM UP FOR A FUTURE OF PASTORAL MINISTRY AND LEADERSHIP.
Change Conf LEAD is a 5 month online program from January to May 2024, designed to develop, equip, and raise up young leaders.
What does this program look like?
- Monthly online group leadership teaching and equipping
- Small groups to grow in deeper community with
- Specific leaders (who are currently in ministry) for each small group, to help guide, pray, and mentor students
- Monthly challenges to take the learning out into the world
- Resources for further development

What is required?
- Commitment to the 5 month program (January to May)
- Students must be in high school and must be attending a local church
- Application is required
Who can apply?
- We welcome all students in grades 10 - 12 to apply
What does this program cost?
- We are pleased to offer this program at no cost. We only require the students to fully commit to the five months.
